Shipping policy

Brimful ships to the United States and internationally. Please allow up to 4 business days for processing. For domestic delivery, allow 3-5 business days until receipt, and for international shipping, please allow up to three weeks. Items ordered together may not arrive in the same box. Orders are shipped via USPS Ground and/or USPS Priority mail. Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. When your order ships, you will receive another confirmation e-mail with your delivery confirmation number.

Once an order leaves our warehouse and is marked as delivered, Brimful is not responsible for replacing it due to theft or if it goes missing. If you are concerned about porch piracy, we highly recommend you email us to require a signature upon delivery. We are happy to add that to your order! Email us at info@brimfulshop.com.

For international orders, please understand we cannot be responsible for lost or missing orders. All applicable duties, tariffs, and customs fees are the customer's responsibility. Brimful does not refund shipping for orders returned as rejected because of custom fees.
