You can purchase gift cards for friends and family in amounts of $10, $20, $50, $100, and $200. Gift cards will be delivered via email and do no require any additional processing fees.
Brimful ships to the United States and internationally. Orders leave our warehouse within 24-48 hours (weekend orders ship on the following Monday). Items ordered together may not arrive in the same box. Orders are shipped via USPS ground, USPS priority mail, or FedEx. Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. When your order ships, you will receive another confirmation e-mail with your delivery confirmation number.
Once an order leaves our warehouse and is marked as delivered, Brimful is not responsible for replacing it due to theft or if it goes missing. If you are concerned about porch piracy, we highly recommend you email us to require a signature upon delivery. We are happy to add that to your order! Email us at email@example.com.
For international orders, please understand we cannot be responsible for lost or missing orders. All applicable duties, tariffs, and customs fees are the customer's responsibility. Brimful does not refund shipping for orders returned as rejected because of custom fees.
We offer a $4.95 flat rate for standard shipping on all US orders.
Priority shipping rates are based on product weight and shipping address.
Fedex rates are carrier calculated and based on product weight and shipping address.
Brimful LLC operates in Washington state. We are required to collect a 6.5% (WA) sales tax on all items for the orders shipped to a Washington state address. Products shipped to addresses outside of Washington state will not be charged sales tax.
What is your return policy?
If you are unhappy with your order please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of purchase to obtain refund or exchange authorization. Purchases may be exchanged or refunded if unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in original packaging with original tags.
Items marked SALE are non-returnable.
We are not able to reimburse shipping costs. The customer pays shipping costs for any returned item(s). Refund or exchange request will be denied if not received within 14 days of purchase.
Please use trackable shipping with insurance, as we are not responsible for lost packages of returned items.
